Job Description

Desire Youth Initiative (DYI) is seeking passionate, committed, and driven young people to join its volunteer team and contribute to meaningful community impact in Kilifi County. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and actively participate in initiatives that promote social justice and community development.
Position Details
  • Location: Prison Road, Kilifi County, Kenya
  • Duration: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
  • Reports to: Executive Director & Departmental Heads
  • Engagement Type: Full-time | On-site

Requirements
  • Be aged between 18 and 30 years
  • Be available to work strictly from the office
  • Be willing to represent the organization in various capacities
  • Have an interest in at least one of the following focus areas: (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender, Climate Justice, Economic Empowerment, and Peace and Security.
