Job Summary

• The Technical Intern will assist with field installations, equipment retrieval, and customer support, primarily for SME and enterprise clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting both technical and sales teams in achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installations and maintenance for SME/Enterprise clients
• Track and manage installation orders to support revenue objectives
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal design teams
• Test and commission equipment after installation
• Adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines
• Offer support during technical emergencies when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in ISP field installations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Customer-oriented with good technical and organizational skills
• Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid license is an added advantage
