Role Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Waitress, located in Kilifi South County, Kenya. The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The role also includes relaying menu information accurately, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
