Roles and Responsibilities
- Front Desk / Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage appointments, bookings, or reservations.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and calls.
- Process customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.) accurately.
- Issue receipts and change where necessary.
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain proper records of transactions.
- Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or Front Office Operations.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office), POS systems (OPERA & MICROS).
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Foreign language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Professional appearance, numerical/cash-handling skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
