  • Receptionist/Cashiers (4 Positions)

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk / Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and in a friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, or reservations.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and calls.
2. Cashier Duties:
  • Process customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.) accurately.
  • Issue receipts and change where necessary.
  • Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions.
  • Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or Front Office Operations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office), POS systems (OPERA & MICROS).
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Foreign language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Professional appearance, numerical/cash-handling skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
