Imarika Foundation is an NGO dedicated to improving the quality of life of communities in Kilifi County through programs in Health, Education, Agribusiness, Environment, and Disaster & Emergency Response. We seek a qualified and self-driven Program Officer – Health and Agribusiness to support the implementation of our community-based programs.

Job Summary
- The Program Officer will plan, coordinate, and implement health and agribusiness activities; support monitoring & evaluation; manage program communication; strengthen partnerships; ensure safeguarding; and lead training and community outreach initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate Health and Agribusiness activities.
- Support M&E, reporting, and documentation.
- Facilitate farmer and community trainings.
- Conduct health outreach activities including eye camps, Anti-jigger campaigns, Wash projects and school health projects on reproductive health.
- Manage program communication and social media updates.
- Ensure safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion.
- Support resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program planning and implementation from the not-for-profit sector.
- A degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Community Development, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field from a recognized University.
- M&E knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Ability to speak Kiswahili and/or local dialects is an added advantage.
