• Position: Operations Customer Expert (Customer Service Representative)
• Location: Mombasa

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic support to customers at all times
• Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information
• Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Contribute insights to improve customer service processes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Manage customer data and prepare reports on service-related issues
• Perform data entry and research to support problem resolution

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Mombasa
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
• Strong command of English (C1 level) with excellent grammar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal/written communication
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights
