The Role
- As an Omnichannel Sales Advisor, you are the face of Decathlon. You will create a unique shopping experience by blending physical in-store service with digital convenience.
What you will do?
- Customer Experience: Welcome every customer as a guest and help them find exactly what they need, whether in-person or via our digital tools.
- Commercial Dynamism: Keep the store looking world-class by following merchandising guidelines and managing seasonal "movings".
- Operational Excellence: Manage stock accuracy, handle Click & Collect orders, and ensure our products get from the truck to the shelf efficiently.
- Sustainability: Play a part in our Planet goals by managing product buybacks and circular business solutions.Adapt: Master our Global Graphic Charter and creatively adapt it to fit local market needs.
