Marketing & Membership Executive

Job Description

Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) – Mombasa Chapter is seeking a Marketing & Membership Executive to drive membership growth, engagement, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead membership acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective members
• Sell advertising space and secure sponsorships
• Develop strategic partnerships for revenue and visibility
• Support marketing, branding, and content development
• Maintain membership database and enhance member experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
• Digital marketing skills are an added advantage
