Essential Qualifications & Skills:

•  Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management, preferably in boutique or coastal properties
•  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•  Proficiency in hotel management systems and financial reporting
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
•  Knowledge of local tourism trends and community engagement
