Intern, Attaches and Volunteers

Youth for Integrity Building (YIB) is a youth-led, non-partisan, non-profit organization working to promote integrity, accountability, and inclusive governance through civic education, community dialogue, and movement building. YIB works closely with young people to strengthen their voice, dignity, and participation in public decision-making. Youth4 Integrity Building is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the following departments;

•  Accounts 
• Procurement
• Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL). 

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that promote integrity and transparency.
What you’ll do:

1. Support your department with day-to-day tasks and projects
2. Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting (for MEAL)
3. Help maintain financial records and support budgeting processes (for Accounts)
4. Contribute to procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics (for Procurement)
5. Collaborate with team members on organizational initiatives
6. Learn about organizational operations and gain professional development experience
