Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Certificate/Diploma in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel management.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cleaning & hygiene standards.
- Attention to Detail: High focus on quality control and guest satisfaction.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Professionalism: Basic understanding of guest privacy/discretion and a client-service orientation.
- Leadership: Ability to plan, organize, and supervise staff schedules (specifically for the Head of Housekeeping).
- Attributes: Diligent, positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
