Food and Beverage Manager

• We are looking for a strong, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional service, strict cost control, and outstanding buffet presentation standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of buffet operations & presentation standards
• Experience in bar stock control and cost management
• Leadership skills with a firm and professional approach
• Good understanding of reporting, POS systems, and controls
