Job Title: Freight Forwarding Operations Disbursement Accountant (M/F)
Role Summary

• The role involves analyzing accounting balances in disbursement control, ensuring accurate cost recovery, and supporting financial corrections where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze disbursement accounts and liaise with COMs and Financial Disbursement Controller on under/over recovery
• Prepare vouchers for reallocation of misposted costs upon approval
• Track and report weekly progress on analyzed files and cost recovery status
• Identify and follow up on active files for proper archiving (over 3 months)
• Notify relevant teams on pending recovery of disbursed client funds

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• CPA Section II
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
