For over 50 years, it has supported smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs to lift themselves out of poverty. In Kenya, TechnoServe is implementing the 3-year BlueBiz Program, which equips youth in the Blue Economy with enterprise development, financial literacy, and soft skills.
