- Support and administer customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Follow daily customer service processes in line with global/regional standards
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints
- Provide administrative support for customer service activities
- Document costs of initiatives to support planning and resource allocation
- Identify areas for improvement in call center processes and systems
- Stay updated on company products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Less than 2 years’ experience
