We are seeking passionate and committed professionals to join our team in the following roles:

  1. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the F&B Manager in daily outlet operations
  • Maintain and enhance service standards across all outlets
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Monitor buffet presentation and service quality
  • Drive à la carte sales and guest satisfaction
  • Manage stock control and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional

Candidate Profile:
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a 4-star hotel or resort (AI experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational ability
  • Professional, proactive, and service-driven

2. Digital Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns
  • Drive room sales and corporate business
  • Build partnerships with travel agents and tour operators
  • Organize promotional events and brand activations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Candidate Profile:
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong digital marketing and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Graphic design and content creation skills are an added advantage

3. Chief StewardKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stewarding operations in the kitchen and F&B outlets
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Supervise, train, and schedule stewarding staff
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain proper waste management and recycling practices
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and utensils
  • Conduct regular inspections and control breakage and wastage

Candidate Profile:
  • KCSE/Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP is an added advantage)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
