Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Maintain and organize institutional records, files, correspondence, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of institutional reports, memos, circulars, and other official documents.
- Provide general administrative support to academic and non-academic departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of records management and basic accounting principles is an added advantage.
- A certificate in Customer Service or Public Relations will be an added advantage.
