1. Position: Accountant
2. Salary: 70,000 Gross

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, EOM reports, and budgets
• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
• Maintain fixed asset register and post monthly depreciation
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and oversee payment processing
• Process payroll and ensure timely statutory deductions
• Ensure accurate filing of all KRA and statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, WHT, NHIF, NSSF, etc.)
• Reconcile iTax, related party accounts, and trial balance records
• Manage accrued income, loan interest, and amortization schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA (K), ACCA, or CPA Part IV
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a CFS environment is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
